this is a gift it comes with a price.

summer is starting, and so far i am having a BLAST. i saw lemuria on the 13th, it was a hell of a lot of fun. from the 14th i spent a week in cyprus for my brothers wedding...lets just say that was eventful. i came home and saw colour me wednesday that wednesday, aha never noticed they played on a wednesday until now... i loved spending the evening with my favourite people, minus christina & david. it was good seeing emily too!

so it was my birthday on friday, i woke up to a empty house. my parents where somewhere near manchester due to the fact that my brother and newly crowned sister in law where having their reception on my birthday. joy. i was unable to attend, well i was but i didn't really feel like going, plus there was a chance i wouldn't of made it back for brand new the next day. i spent the morning alone to be joined by christina and then later nat and helen, and of we headed for london. i'll only say this once, but thankyou puff and helen for telling tgi's that it was my birthday because we got a free slice of fudge cake, and fucking hell it was heaven.

helen and nat spent the night at mine and woke up early on saturday morning, we had a big day ahead of us. liberty, topshop, forbidden planet and fopp where some of the shops we visited in london. we also made sure we made a visit to abercrombie & fitch for the topless modle and beautiful staff members. we have since decided that we must stop by every time we go to london, because lets face it girls who doesn't want a polaroid with a topless male model? 

wagamama was where we had our dinner, and my oh my how excited i was to have my chicken katsu curry. the only bad thing about that dish is that it's too good to leave any on your plate. so you eat and eat until it's all gone. BIG mistake, all the way to hmv forum i felt like i was going to be sick, thankfully i wasn't, although the half an hour we stuck on the train for in a tunnel did make me feel light headed from all the heat. brand new was immence. they played play crack the sky, which is one of my favourites along with many others which i love. i lost my shoe during part of their set, well like ten seconds, and got it back again. i got to see some good friends too, which was lovely. it had been too long.

i just spent £65 with just a click of a button. damn you lovely topshop.com i only just paid off my card the other day. another thing im spending money on is vitamin water. i'm stupidly addicted. it's just too good not to have. i dyed my hair today, using up two boxes of hair dye, this tells me its been a while since my last hair cut, as my hair is much thicker than before. the result of using two boxes instead of one is that my hair smells like peroxide.i do like the colour so it's all good.

once again i have quite the eventful week, monday: i am going to uni to collect my work, tuesday: i am going to yoga and we are having our snood film night, wednesday: it is nat's birthday so we are doing whatever her heart desires, thursday: i am seeing blur, friday: we are going to brighton and saturday after work we headed to the roxy for our geek birthday outing.

lately i've been having dreams where no matter how far fetched they are, they seem like reality and when i wake up it takes me a while to realise that they were only dreams. i'm unsure to why this is, maybe its because i want parts of the dream to be reality so bad, that i convince myself if only for a minute that the dream is reality?
