i had a very very very long day today. in fact i shall have another long day tomorrow, and yet i've decided to blog before going to bed. silly silly girl.

even though today was long i had overall a lovely time. at half nine i met chelsey in the station and we headed up to london, to go to all of the arcadia stores. we have a day of and we go to our place(s) of work. what were we thinking? i managed to grab some stuff for uniform and pay of my staff card. after our some what shopping we had nandos for lunch, after which we both developed 'food babies'. i had forgotten that i was meeting dan at five so i got on the train home with chelsey. and then a few hours later i got on the train back to london.

i met dan outside topshop/topman, we went on search for jeans, music/theory books, and coffee (lot's and lot's of coffee). just as death cab said it 'things are just a bit nicer over some coffee' it's nice to just sit down with a friend and talk. very nice.

i saw dinosaur dj/the dinosaurs/dinosaur jr. tonight, and well, they were good but the use of guitar solo in EVERY song killed it. we left before they were finished. i think dan was aware of the fact that i was almost about to fall asleep while standing, even through the loud music. no amount of coffee seemed to have helped, it did how ever prolong the amount of hours i've been awake for. five hours sleep was not clever.

dan was very thoughtful today. he brought me a bottle of vanilla syrup, so that i can put it in coffee when i'm at home. he remembered what i said about only liking vanilla lattes, as i could taste the vanilla. i look forward to using it in the morning before i have to go and work for stupid dps.

i wish i looked like the photo above everyday. sigh.
